Good to know

Do guests need an app or an account?

No. Guests scan the QR code (or type the short party code, like K7P-4XM, at boppa.io/join) and the camera opens in their browser. A name is optional and only asked if you turn it on.

What if some guests don’t have a phone?

Set up a photo booth station: open the station link from your dashboard on a tablet or laptop with a camera and put it on a stand. Anyone can walk up and take a photo, and it resets for the next guest by itself.

What do I need for the big screen?

Any screen with a web browser: a smart TV, a projector with a laptop, even a tablet. Open the big screen link and double-click for full screen.

Can I stop unwanted photos or gate-crashers?

Yes. Turn on photo approval and every picture waits for your OK. Turn on “Let in each phone myself” and new phones wait at the door until you let them in. You can block a phone at any time.

Who can see the photos?

Photos show on your big screen and in your dashboard — there’s no public gallery. Keep the big screen link to yourself. When the party ends, the screen shows “That’s a wrap!” and stops taking photos.

Can I keep the photos afterwards?

Yes — “Download all” gives you a zip with every original photo plus each one as a transparent bubble image, ready for an album or a thank-you post.
